Shop Policies

We do not accept any returns or refunds. Exceptions will only be made in the case of issues on our end and at our discretion. 

If your item arrives broken or damage:

  • Please contact us (preferably through Instagram @sayaxjewelry) with photographed proof of the damage within 5 days of your package's delivery. Though the damage likely occurred in transit, we'll be happy to send a replacement of your item !

If your order has not arrived:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please check your tracking number, and contact your postal service with your concerns as there is nothing we can do on our end once your order has been dropped off to USPS.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Our platform automatically inputs shipping information entered by customers. Please notify us as soon as possible if you have noticed a mistake in address, however, we cannot guarantee an alteration if your order has already been packaged. If the order is sent back to us or does not arrive to you due to this, you will have to repay new shipping costs.

*Additionally, please note the handmade nature of our pieces. Sizing and details may vary with pieces requiring lots of wire work and bending, but we do our best to make them as perfect as possible for you !
